Frequently Asked Questions
For Well Informed Home Care Decisions
Do you provide free consultations before we decide on a home care professional?
Is there a commitment to care to a certain length of time?
Yes! One of our client onboarding specialists will come to your home for a free no obligation consultation.
Many people aren’t aware of the flexible nature of home care. Care can be arranged for just a few hours a day up to 24 hours a day. There is no long-term obligation. We recognize that every family’s needs are different and there is no one-size-fits-all answer. People who try home care experience such positive changes in their life and in the life of their loved one that they often choose to receive services long term. We work together with you to find a solution for your unique family situation.
What is your process for selecting a caregiver?
The most important responsibility for our office staff is deciding which Caregivers are the best of the best. All of our Caregivers must have experience to be considered for the screening process. They go through a 5-step screening process, including a thorough evaluation of practical and interpersonal skills, reference checks, background checks, care testing and much more!
